BEYOND THE CASTLE

There’s experiential learning;
and then there’s Beyond the Castle

When students engage in hands-on learning experiences, they better connect what they’ve learned in the classroom to real-world situations.

Trafalgar’s Beyond the Castle program is a unique form of experiential learning that extends beyond enhancing skills and real-world knowledge. For one incredibly fun week, each grade from 4 through 12 ventures to locations across Ontario and encounters different exploits that highlight future-ready competencies, careers, universities, and real-world  experiences.

“It was valuable to hear from such a diverse group of professionals because it helped me build a more well-rounded perspective about what I aspire to achieve in my future career and what I value most in a work environment.”
